So sianz and tired nowadays.....
due to alot Complaint case about contract yet receive.. bla bla bla!

Finally my HOD have heard about "i-wan-to-tender" news, drag me in to his office for "chit-chat" session which last about 1 hour..
the "Chat-chit" session goes like this -

HOD : Hi Kris, How's ur backlog? with temps around u should able to handle quite well rite ?
Me : Ok lah, But still rushing.
HOD : Ooo..k, Do you like ur job ?
Me : er........ Nope, I dun think i cant learn anything from the work i doing now. Actually from last time i wanted to transfer out.. but most of them give me empty promises .
HOD : erm... what u wanna learn ? which dept u wanted to transfer most ?
Me : POS ? Cos i think there's realli alot of challenge there... can learn alot too...
HOD : But now dont have any empty sort for you, HR just hire 2 new staff so is fill-ed.. Unless you can wait... but can u wait ?
Me : erm...............
HOD : if you cant wait, i transfer you to U&I if you dun mind the job scope is DATA ENTRY etc.. (bla bla bla not Underwriting or POS)... within one month time i can transfer u. if you ok with it, i will talk to KL later to discuss about ur transfer.. i will call HR to hire one more staff to replace you. but for the meanwhile i need you to 50/50 (means morning @ U&I.. afternoon back to my old job scope). until the new staff can 100% handle OR if insist POS den you need to wait..
Me : Oooh okokok... can can, i think i will wan to transfer to U&I instead..!
*at that time i was quite nervous, cant even realli think carefully...... and now i think
IF the new staff dislike the job scope bla bla bla and resign, i think will pull me back to my old job scope to "dong" awhile, plus i might need to clear the Sh*t that the new staff left OR maybe they will tell me they cant find ppl to replace me & i need to wait for afew more month ? den end up im stuck there again... *or is it i think too much ?*


I was thinking, Maybe i should just QUIT. cause i still need to Concentrate on Nail art.. On my new Job, i might have more time to Do thing which i like... =D just tat the benefit is not as good as AIA gives.
