hate my work so much... Now they pull Xiaobai out den now is Yuanyi.. No one is helping me.Cos meifang is taking over Yuanyi's thing.......They think my thing is very easy huh ?I know my thing hav no much stress. but realli alot lor.Progress - 1) Sort Folder (around 2 to 4 box per day *around 100 case per box*) -> Match PIP -> Sieve all the error & un-Match -> Insert ContractStaple Agent copy -> Dispatch2) Call-Centre -> Same as 1. (The Contract -I need to Bind -> Insert into Envelops)3) Undelievery Contract-> Check the Issue Date -> Prepare memo & Send outOnce receive Memo back -> Update address & HIAS -> Reprint Contract4) Audit Check -> check & Match -> Pass to Underwriter5) Receive Email or Memo for reprint Contract -> Print out email -> Update HIAS -> Reprint6) Check Credit Card Every Wed7) Sort Memo & Report.8) ALl the Infront Cases -> Scan -> Box into CROWN Box -> Send backHow to finish all by myself? Yesterday i OT until 1130,And come back on Sunday ~!!! still cannot finish
