heng.... today's solo routin i didnt give up the half way, i can make it !!!
Carol told me that its a breakthough / improvement for me.. !! And she know i can do it or give out more its just my mind set problems... ! I was realli happy when carol tell me so much.. she keep telling me "U can do it one, it just u are so affected by ppl around you.. dun look at them, and learn how to dun bother about them.. just let them look.. now can see tat you got and more confident !! ~ "
She realli give me alot alot of comment, if i wan to compare she and patrick ~
like where i do wrong, where i didnt give in more... (maybe cause i pay tat kind of money)
Next week solo again, she wanted to train us until our skin very very thick ~ !!

Now i realli must think le ~ i dun wan to waste tat kind of money n time... and i still keep myself in the box !!
I must come out and show ppl !!
